Fans Voice Concerns Over Charlotte Crosby's Appearance At The EMA's
The 26-year-old, who shot to fame back in 2011, captioned the picture: "What a bloody lovely night."
However, fans were quick to comment on the stars appearance, questioning whether she has had even more surgery, and begged her to 'please stop the injections'.
One Instagram user wrote: "Charlotte OMG what's happened to your face???"
After slimming down from a size 16 to a slim size 8 last year, the reality star has been taking more pride in her appearance over the past 12 months.
With the announcement of her nose job and lip fillers in the summer, Charlotte is clearly no stranger to going under the surgeon's knife, it's no wonder fans are questioning if it has happened again.
Regardless of what others think of her 'new' look, if Charlotte is happy, that is all that matters, however, we do have to question whether celebs are taking the plastic surgery craze just a little too far. Especially after many other fellow Geordie Shore stars are becoming cosmetic surgery protegees themselves.
Holly Hagan, Charlotte's 24-year-old on-screen best friend, is another reality TV star who has admitted to changing her appearance through cosmetic surgery. Admitting to lip fillers, Botox injections, a total of three breast operations, and a nose job soon on the cards.

Holly and Charlotte aren't the only Geordie Shore lasses who have spent their money on cosmetic changes, fellow stars Chloe Ferry and Marnie Simpson have also gone under the knife. It was revealed the Newcastle girls alone had splashed out on a combined £21,000 beauty treatments in preparation for the previous series of the show.
And the craze isn't just sticking to the UK, it seems that young celebs from across the pond are joining in too.
19-year-old American, Kylie Jenner, is yet another celeb who has been criticised for her use of cosmetic surgery.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star was caught out after lying about having lip fillers at the tender age of 18, and fans are now questioning the potency of her 'newly found curves', asking whether she too may have taken another trip to the surgeon's office instead of using the enhancing 'butt cream' she swears by.

Clearly, young celebrities are taking a fancy to going under
the knife in order to look their 'best', and if it makes them feel good, why
judge?
However, there are concerns that this fake image of
'beauty', is something that younger fans cannot attain, and could cause a spike
in body dysmorphia among young women.
Media images have long been cited as one potential factor in
leading people to develop poor body image, and recent years have also seen the
rise of the selfie.
Do celebrities know the effects of their cosmetic choices?
Are they aware that fans may be developing disorders and insecurities of their
own, through seeing celeb selfies?
Let us know what you think.
